Why relaxation exercises?

Relaxation can have a profound effect on the way we feel, behave, think, and the choices we make in our daily lives. When we are acting from a place of calm, we are better able to regulate our emotions and think clearly. Learning to breathe deeply and slowly is one of the best ways to calm the nervous system, which is good for a variety of conditions and general wellbeing.

Why under 5 minutes?

All of the audio downloads in my store are under 5 minutes for a reason: I have worked with many clients who are not interested or don’t have the time for long relaxation classes everyday, or who haven’t done breathing exercises before, but who are willing to try. 3-5 minutes of deep breathing, on a regular basis, is an achievable way to start making positive changes to your health.

Creating a new habit takes time, so offering short relaxation exercises that can be downloaded to your phone or digital device makes it easy to take these techniques with you and integrate them more easily into your routine.
